Sharing the Site & Its Content

You are permitted to share the Site for personal, non-commercial use, provided that you link directly to the Site or through tagging Mother Lisa LLC on Social Media platforms thus acknowledging our ownership of the Content.

You are not permitted to imply or represent that the Site or its Content belong to you, nor can you claim any affiliation with Mother Lisa unless expressly authorized.

Refund Policy

Due to the downloadable nature of our Services, we do not offer refunds once you have accessed and/or downloaded any materials. This no-refund policy applies to both group and 1:1 sessions.

All purchased 1:1 sessions must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.

Consent to Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Disputes arising from Our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the U.S. District Court for the District of Mississippi or a state court located in Desoto County, Mississippi for any matters related to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or your use of the Site and Services.

Consent to Service

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, you consent that process may be served on you in any manner authorized by the laws of the State of Mississippi and waive any objections to service of process in accordance with Mississippi state law.

Your Privacy and Security

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the Site and Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions

Payments & Purchases

By purchasing or downloading any Services from the Site, you agree to pay the associated fees via Stripe or credit card. By providing payment details, you authorize Mother Lisa LLC to charge your Stripe account or credit card for the purchase of the Services. Upon completing a purchase, you will receive an electronic receipt, which should be retained for your records.

If you choose the installment or “pay over time” option at checkout, you grant Mother Lisa LLC permission to automatically charge your payment method for the amounts due, according to the payment schedule agreed upon at checkout, without prior notice or additional approval required for each transaction.

In the event that your payment method fails or is declined while using the installment plan or “pay over time” option, access to the Services will be suspended or canceled. You will remain responsible for the full outstanding balance.

Any chargebacks initiated by you will be reported to the major credit reporting agencies.

Mother Lisa LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices or security measures of third-party payment processors. We are not liable for any issues that may arise due to problems with your credit card or payment method outside of our control.

By making a purchase, you agree to release Mother Lisa LLC, our payment processors, and merchants from any liability related to damages, losses, or issues resulting from your purchase or use of the Site and its Content.

Defense & Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mother Lisa LLC from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses, or other costs (including legal fees) arising from:

Any claims brought against Mother Lisa LLC;
Your breach of any representations, warranties, obligations, or covenants outlined in these Terms & Conditions or the Privacy Policy;
Any alleged breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy attributed to Mother Lisa LLC.

You agree to cover all costs, damages, and expenses resulting from any such claims and proceedings.

Termination of Your Use

Mother Lisa LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the Site and Services in the event of any breach or violation of these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, or any other agreements to which you have agreed;

Termination of access may occur without prior notice, and we will not be liable for any consequences resulting from such termination.
